Hi Bixie Fam,

We hope you are all well and continuing to stay safe during the current lockdown period. In light of the current events happening in our state we have had to extend our salon closure as NSW continues to battle through this wave of the Covid pandemic.

Please be assured that if you had an upcoming appointment with us, or one that has already been cancelled due to the lockdowns, you will be contacted via phone or email to reschedule. Our clients are our foremost priority as we navigate this tricky period, and we want you all to know that we are going to take every step possible to ensure your appointments are all looked after once we are able to open our doors again.

With case numbers on the rise every day, at this point unfortunately we do not have a clear reopening date. However, once it is safe for us to commence trade, we will be extending our trading hours and days to make sure all affected appointments are accommodated. 

We understand that waiting for a reopening date can be frustrating (especially for us blondes!) and we appreciate all of our clients' patience and understanding as we await more information on when it will be safe for us to open the salon again.

We would also like to assure everyone that we are committed to complying with the recommended social distancing orders that will be in place once trade can begin again, and will be spacing out all of our appointments to ensure that not too many people will be in the salon at any given time. We, of course, will also be sterilising all equipment, following all cleanliness protocols and requiring all guests to check in on arrival and out on departure from the salon.
