The art of hair colour has had a hold of Sheree’s heart since, at the age of 21, she moved to Sydney & put down her scissors to focus exclusively on developing her colour expertise. In the years since, Sheree has foiled, balayaged, and zone-toned her way to building a reputation as the authority on blonde, and lived-in colour in Australia.
In 2015, after spending years learning from some of the industry greats, both in Australia and Los Angeles, Sheree opened her own rapidly expanding Sydney based hair salon, Bixie Colour. Together with her hand-picked team of expert hair colourists, cutters and stylists, Sheree creates and innovates lived-in perfection every day. The birth of Bixie was a career highlight for Sheree, and more amazing opportunities have snowballed in the years since, expanding to 2 locations and a team as passionate about hair, client experience & team culture.
Sheree’s long-standing relationship with Redken began in 2016 when she joined the brand’s Artistic Team.
Today, she is a Redken Artist and Educator, a ghd Creative Artist, and a proud ambassador for Foil Me and Vish.
These partnerships have taken her across Australia and around the world, educating other hairdressers, collaborating with leading artists and sharing her knowledge on a global stage.
Through Bixie Education and her work with these industry-leading brands, Sheree brings the latest techniques, ideas and innovation back to the Bixie team and, ultimately, to every client who visits our salons.
