Cancellations & Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total service on the day.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in a 100% no-show fee, which must be settled before any future bookings can be made.
Appointment confirmations
You will receive a reminder prior to your appointment. We ask that you confirm your booking to secure your appointment time.
If we do not receive confirmation, we reserve the right to release your booking.
Late arrivals
If you are running late, we may need to adjust your service to ensure the rest of the day runs on time.
