CANCELLATIONS

Please note our non refundable 48 hr cancellation policy.

We send a reminder text 5 days in advance to allow enough time to cancel or reschedule. To secure your appointment, we ask that you confirm YES within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time or contact us to reschedule.

If we do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours of your appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. We understand and appreciate that life can get in the way (especially when you book your appointments well in advance). If you do happen to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will retain your 30% deposit as a cancellation fee.

If you do not arrive for your appointment after confirmation, we will require you to pay a 100% no-show fee before securing your next booking.

Bixie colour will always confirm your service with a reminder text, phone call or email within a minimum of 48 hours of your upcoming appointment. 

When making an appointment with us, new clients and existing clients are required to pay a deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits can be refunded or transferred to your next booking if cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior.
