The 2026 Redken Shades EQ Gloss Boss Awards brought together an incredible lineup of talent across every category. It was so inspiring to be in a room filled with so much creativity, passion and artistry.
Bixie Colour’s Advanced Senior Stylist Stella took to the stage as a finalist in the Creative Colour category, presenting her stunning contoured copper created using Redken Shades EQ. The way she used tone, placement and shine to create dimension and softness was truly something special and we couldn’t be more proud.

To see her work recognised on this stage was such a proud moment, and a reflection of the care, creativity and intention she brings to everything she does.
Having our team there to cheer her on made the moment even more meaningful. These are the kinds of experiences that remind us how powerful our industry is when it comes to connection, support and celebrating each other.
A huge congratulations to all of the winners and fellow finalists, the standard this year was incredible, and so inspiring to witness.
The fashion component, in partnership with TAFE NSW, was another standout: adding a fresh, creative dimension to the night and highlighting the next wave of emerging talent.
