For this week's blog we thought we would take the opportunity to congratulate our owner and fearless leader Sheree on her invitation to become a member of the coveted GHD Creative team (an offer of which she of course readily accepted!).

Cementing her position as a leader in the hairdressing industry as not only a creative but an accomplished businesswoman and talented educator, Sheree, alongside Benjamin James of Ryder Salon in Auckland, was approached by GHD this year to join their team of legendary stylists and creatives, pioneering hair innovation across the Australian market.

Sheree and Benjamin are set to join a diverse team of talent from across the Australian national marketplace, including household hair names such as Richard Kavanagh, Pauline McCabe, Uros Mikic, Mary Alamine and Brodie-Lee Tskinaris.

2020 has certainly thrown us here at Bixie some curveballs when it comes to our Education Workshops and tours, however there's no stopping Sheree when it comes to her passions, and she is always looking for the next challenge to immerse herself in, making her induction into the GHD Creative Team a welcomed but certainly not surprising next step for our leader.

We couldn't be happier for Sheree that she has been afforded the opportunity to join such a legendary team to fortify more creative opportunities for the future of hair education in our industry, and wish her the best of luck as she continues on her journey with the GHD family.
