Bixie DOES NOT take bookings via email, so please use the contact numbers provided on our contact page to arrange a booking with the Bixie Colour team.
We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your confirmed appointment date and time.
If you are running late, we may not be able to perform your complete service. It is important to appreciate that our salon runs on exact times to avoid inconveniencing our scheduled appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be requested to pay a 50% deposit at time of your next booking.
Please kindly note we have a 10 day notification policy should you like change something about your hair, we do not offer refunds. A consultation would be required to ensure enough time is booked out for any correction and is free of charge.
